Who
we are
We’re Rosie and Oscar - the couple behind Café Bouchère. I am from North Yorkshire, and Oscar is from Sweden. We met in the Austrian Alps and spent ten years living and working there, shaped by a deep love of good food, community and of course the impeccable standards of Austrian gastronomy.
We moved back to my home county with dreams of creating something that would bring together the things that matter most to us: fresh, seasonal food, warm hospitality and a relaxed welcoming space for locals and visitors alike.
